Added inline editing for certain roles
- Moderators and Trusted Members
  - Double click/tap on titles or content to edit. Click/tap away from field to save.
Added Trusted Members permissions
- Members who submit good content regularly might be upgraded to Trusted status
  - Trusted Members' submissions are approved instantly and they can edit their submissions

Restrict inline editing to text-only posts
- If a post has an embedded YouTube video for example, that content will not be editable. The post title is still editable. This prevents accidentally breaking audio/video embeds.

For now restricting inline editing like this is okay since inline editing is meant for very small text edits. If something major needs to be changed it is best to delete and submit a new post.
